This group consists of five scavengers who are said to inhabit an old Victorian house on the outskirts of a ravaged city.

DanielRPK also provided some details about these new characters. The first character mentioned is Lucas, a friendly survivor who, over the course of the game, is expected to undergo a transformation to a darker state after forming a relationship with a young scavenger within the group. Val is rumored to be the leader of the house, while Ezra has aspirations of assuming leadership himself. Mason, a former soldier, is torn between his loyalty to Ezra and his belief in what would be best for the house as a whole. Lastly, the leak mentions a character named Gracie, with her age specified as being between 18 and 25.

After DanielRPK's leak came to an end, another leaker named ViewerAnon took to Twitter to confirm its authenticity. ViewerAnon further claimed that Ellie will make a return in The Last of Us Part 3 and emphasized her significance, comparing it to her role in The Last of Us Part 2. In the same Twitter thread, ViewerAnon also mentioned the occurrence of "major filming" for the game this year, referring to the alleged motion capture process.
