Currently referred to as Panem, this nation organizes an annual event in which a male and female representative from each district are forced to engage in a deadly battle solely for the amusement of the heartless Capitol.
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes aims to reveal the story behind President Snow (Donald Sutherland), the antagonist in the original trilogy.
