Having stumbled upon a forsaken kitten in a park, Shirosaki's fondness for felines compelled him to adopt it. Following a visit to the clinic and procuring the essential provisions, he embraced the cat's presence in his life. A tumultuous history rendered the cat initially apprehensive of its newfound caretaker.
To ease Momose's disappointment about not being able to keep the cat, Shirosaki handed over his apartment keys. This became a hot topic of conversation at the office. On Sunday, Shirosaki spent the entire day bonding with his new pet. The next day, while thinking of a name for his cat, Shirosaki shared a childhood memory of mistakenly adopting a raccoon, believing it was a cat.
Although he grew attached to the raccoon, he eventually followed his grandmother's advice and released it back into the wild. After careful consideration, Shirosaki decided to name his cat "Hakuto." When he returned home, revealing the name became a significant moment since the cat had never been given a name by its previous owner.
