Star Trek's only awards show created and voted on by fans is coming back in 2024 - and voting is still open. Created by the team behind The 7th Rule podcast hosted by Cirroc Lofton and Ryan T. Husk, Virtual Trek Con's 2024 LLAPy Awards are free to watch and will air live on YouTube on Sunday, February 18th starting at 5pm PST/8pm EST. The 2024 LLAPy Awards are part of the free five-day virtual Star Trek event, Virtual Trek Con 5, airing February 15-19, 2024 on the Virtual Trek Con YouTube and all over its group channels and social media.

To ensure every Star Trek fan's voice is heard and voting is as accurate as possible, Virtual Trek Con has extended voting for the 2024 LLAPy Awards through Friday night, December 22nd. Voting is open in all 23 categories broken up into 3 divisions: Legacy (Pre-2017) Star Trek, Star Trek Universe, and New Star Trek (2023). Categories include Best Power Couple in Pre-2017 Star Trek, Most Interesting New Character In 2023 Star Trek, and Biggest 'WOW' Moment In Star Trek 2023. What To Expect From the 2024 LLAPy Awards

Presented by Virtual Trek Con, the 2024 LLAPy Awards are a fun and unpredictable celebration of Star Trek, past and present, designed to be all-inclusive for fans. The 2023 LLAPys included appearances by current stars like Star Trek: Discovery's Doug Jones and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' Bruce Horak, who collected LLAPy awards, Bonnie Gordon and executive producer Aaron J. Waltke from Star Trek: Prodigy, as well as a galaxy of Star Trek legacy actors like Armin Shimerman, Terry Farrell, Connor Trinneer, Dominic Keating, Robert O'Reilly, J.G, Hertzler, and more.

LLAPys 2023

This year's LLAPYs are the 3rd-annual awards show capping off the 5th annual Virtual Trek Con, which is a multi-day marathon of free-to-watch Star Trek programming on YouTube hosted by The 7th Rule's Cirroc Lofton, Ryan T. Husk, with Malissa Longo, Dr. Mohamed Noor, and many more. Virtual Trek Con is assembling another stellar lineup of Star Trek guests to present and accept LLAPy Awards, and there is also no telling who else will drop by to surprise the fans.
