This alliance has substantially bolstered Luffy's formidable power.
6 Drum Island
The Kingdom of Drum, also known as the Sakura Kingdom, was one of the first Kingdoms liberated by Luffy. It had long been under the control of Wapol until Blackbeard's attack forced him to flee. However, Wapol eventually returned to reclaim the Kingdom and oppress its people.
Fortunately, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates were present in the Kingdom during this time. They clashed with Wapol, with Luffy sending him flying and ensuring the protection of the Kingdom of Drum for good. Dalton was then elected as the new ruler, and since then, the Sakura Kingdom has flourished.
5 Arabasta
In the Grand Line, the Straw Hat Pirates' first major stop was the Kingdom of Arabasta. Despite its majestic beauty and multiple cities, the sad truth was that it was in the midst of a civil war caused by the mastermind, Sir Crocodile. The crew discovered Crocodile's true identity as Mr. 0 and fought against the Baroque Works. Luffy took it upon himself to defeat Crocodile, a challenging battle that ended with Luffy's victory. As a result, the facade that Crocodile had maintained in Arabasta was exposed, and the Warrior of Liberation, Nika, was able to bring freedom to the land.
4 Fishman Island
Fishman Island, a nation in the One Piece world, has long endured persecution by humans. For centuries, they have been despised, forcibly taken, and sold for human benefit. Despite their attempts to reconcile with humans, the task appears overwhelming.
During the Fishman Island arc, Hody Jones, a Fishman, seized control of the country, believing that peace was unattainable. In a bid to bridge the divide between humans and Fishmen, Luffy and the Warrior of Liberation were sought for aid. Luffy emerged victorious against Hody, averting the destruction of Noah. The promise made by Joy Boy to Fishman Island remains upheld, and it is only a matter of time before Luffy fulfills this pledge, enabling Fishman Island to emerge from beneath the sea and coexist with others under the true sun, as equals.

Dressrosa, previously ruled by Donquixote Doflamingo, was known as the Kingdom of passion and love. Despite its seemingly happy exterior, the truth behind Dressrosa was far from pleasant. With the help of the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy discovered the hidden dark secret of the kingdom and took it upon himself to liberate the country.
Enraged by Doflamingo's control and enslavement of the people, Luffy was determined to defeat him once and for all. As a result, King Riku III was reinstated as the ruler of Dressrosa.
2 Zou
Zou is a country situated atop the mighty elephant, Zunesha. This land is home to the formidable Mink Tribe, who were once strong allies of the Ancient Kingdom. Unfortunately, the country of the Minks suffered great destruction at the hands of the infamous Jack the Drought. After Jack's departure, the Minks were left in a desperate state.
Luckily, it was the Straw Hat Pirates, led by Luffy, who came to the rescue. Chopper and Sanji assumed leadership roles in addressing the crisis, while Nami and Brook provided invaluable assistance. Although Nika himself did not directly participate in the rescue, it was thanks to his crew and, ultimately, him, that the salvation became possible.
1 Wano Country
For over two decades, the land of Wano had suffered under the enslavement of Kaido, one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. Kaido had brought misery upon every inhabitant, regardless of age or gender.
Upon hearing the pleas of Kin'emon and Momonosuke, Luffy formed a friendship with them and embarked on a journey to Wano. There, he confronted Kaido in an intense battle. Despite the immense difficulty, Luffy ultimately rose to Kaido's level and unlocked the power of the Nika fruit. With this newfound strength, Luffy emerged victorious, liberating the land of Wano from its oppressor.
This pivotal arc marked the resurgence of the Warrior of Liberation and the awakening of the Sun God Nika. Due to its immense significance, it holds a paramount place within the world of One Piece.
