Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce may be considered the most well-known NFL siblings at the moment, but there's another pair of brothers making an impact: Joey Bosa and Nick Bosa.
Joey serves as a linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers, while his younger sibling, Nick, plays as a defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers. Although they have never been teammates in the NFL, both brothers began their football careers at The Ohio State University. (Nick joined the team in 2016, following Joey's departure for the NFL Draft.)
One year after clinching the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year award in 2022, Nick expressed his belief that both he and his brother are frontrunners for the 2023 honor. "I think Joey is poised to make a big impact this year and we'll be vying for the award, so I'm thrilled," he shared during a March 2023 interview on "The Richard Sherman Podcast" alongside retired football player Richard Sherman. "It’s really gratifying to have achieved our goals, but there's still more to strive for."

Joey plays as a linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers, while his younger brother Nick is a defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers. Even though they have not played together on a professional team, both began their careers as college players at The Ohio State University. (Nick started his freshman year in 2016, one year after Joey left school to enter the NFL Draft.)
One year after being awarded the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year in 2022, Nick expressed confidence that both he and his brother are strong contenders for the 2023 honor. "I believe Joey is poised to have a standout year, and we will be vying for the award, so I'm looking forward to it," he shared during a March 2023 interview on “The Richard Sherman Podcast” hosted by retired football player Richard Sherman. "It's amazing that we've achieved our goals, but there is still more to strive for."

Before Joey was drafted to the Chargers, John expressed his excitement at the prospect of his son following in his footsteps as a member of the Dolphins. "He loves Florida, so I think he would be happy. His mom and I would certainly be happy, having him close," John told the Palm Beach Post in April 2016. "He would certainly forge his own path and have certainly no additional pressure going to the Dolphins, that’s for sure.”
