KamiKatsu: Working For God In A Godless World, created by Aoi Akashiro and illustrated by Sonshou Hangetsuban, made its debut in the Seinen manga magazine Monthly Hero’s in May 2019. The series later moved to the Comiplex website on November 27, 2020. Currently, there are seven tankobon volumes available, encompassing the chapters published until May 2023.
KamiKatsu also received a spin-off manga series by Shinya Murata titled Kaminaki Sekai no Onee-chan Katsudō. This manga revolves around Chiyomaru Urabe, who is Yukito's elder sister. After reincarnating in a world without gods, Chiyomaru transforms into a muscular goddess. The story follows her quest to find her beloved brother. #KamiKatsu #spinoff
The anime adaptation of KamiKatsu: Working For God In A Godless World was announced on April 26, 2022. Directed by Yuki Inaba and produced by Studio Palette, the script was written by Yoshifumi Sueda, character designs were done by Kaori Yoshikawa, and the music composed by Yasunori Iwasaki.
