The official synopsis for the final episodes of "The Crown" reveals that Prince William will struggle to adjust to life at Eton following his mother's passing, while the monarchy deals with public opinion. Additionally, the show will explore the initial stages of a new royal love story between the future Prince and Princess of Wales. Actor McVey takes over the role of an older Prince William, replacing Rufus Kampa who played a younger version in the first part of Season 6, which focused on the tragic deaths of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed.

A newcomer Luther Ford plays a grown-up Prince Harry, while sitting next to Prince William on a couch in the new photos. The brothers appear to be happy and smiling in the photo.

Netflix had previously hinted that the wedding of then-Prince Charles and Camilla would be showcased in the sixth and last season of the show.

The last six episodes of "The Crown" will be available to stream on Netflix on December 14.
