Rachel Ward discovered that although The Circle focused on gaining popularity and friends through social media, its effects didn't last once the competition ended.

Rachel, 25, posted a TikTok video on Tuesday, July 4, expressing her disappointment in her perceived friends from The Circle who have stopped talking to her because she no longer benefits them. She did not disclose the names of these Netflix stars but subtly criticized them by lip-synching the phrase, "You are a normal, regular civilian. Act like it," in the video. Rachel also added three clown emojis to her caption.

Rachel's TikTok comments received shocked responses from some of her past competitors. Daniel Cusimano, who was also part of season 3, expressed that his jaw dropped in astonishment. Alyssa Ljubicich from season 4 mentioned that she gasped and inquired about the identity of the person they might have had a physical altercation with.

Rachel replied to Alyssa on Wednesday, July 5: “HAHAHA ily.”

Several observant social media users started speculating about the potential targets of the individual mentioned in the content fragment from "The Circle." This was particularly true after Matt Pappadia expressed his excitement for Nick Uhlenhuth to witness something. Fans swiftly connected this statement to season 3 contestant Nick, aged 29, assuming he was the friend being referred to. However, Ward put an end to these rumors by declaring her affection for Nicky, a former cast member of "Perfect Match," in the comment section.

Rachel indirectly confirmed a speculation made by a commenter that the cast enjoys playing with viewers' minds. As an original contestant on season 3 of the reality show "The Circle," which aired in the fall of 2021, Rachel participated in the competition where players strive to win a cash prize by rating and outlasting each other through "blockings." They live in isolation, only communicating through "circle chat" and private messages, while having the option to be themselves or create fake profiles.

"When I was auditioning for the show, I thought about what would make me stand out. I realized that being myself wasn't enough," she shared in a previous interview on the "Reality Alert" podcast in October 2021. "There are probably countless other blonde individuals in Los Angeles who want to portray themselves, so I knew I had to think outside the box and show them something they hadn't seen before. That's when I decided to become a catfish."

After her time on The Circle, Rachel maintained connections with several of her fellow participants, including Nick.

Nick revealed to Bustle in September 2021 that due to their respective locations in L.A. and Austin, he and his partner haven't had many opportunities for dating. However, he mentioned that since exiting the competition, they have been casually engaging in conversations.
