Terri Irwin believes that no one can compare to her soulmate: her late husband, Steve Irwin. "I feel like I found my happily ever after," Terri, 59, told We exclusively earlier this month. As she and her children Bindi and Robert Irwin prepared for their annual Steve Irwin Gala, she reflected on her love for Steve. "There are many wonderful men in the world, but can anyone match Steve Irwin? I don't think so. I might appreciate a librarian and the dude decimal system, but I prefer to jump a crocodile instead." Terri is certain that Steve was one of a kind, and she cherishes their time together.
Terri is not keen on getting back into the dating scene, but she finds joy in seeing elderly people finding love again, especially on shows like The Golden Bachelor.
Terri mentioned that she enjoys watching The Golden Bachelor, although she has no interest in being a part of The Golden Bachelorette cast. However, she is open to the idea of producing the series. Terri appreciates the show for its inclusive nature, catering to a wide range of demographics.
Terri later playfully mentioned that there is one celebrity crush she has that could make her reconsider her feelings. "I have a huge crush on Russell Crowe, but let's be honest, who doesn't?" she joked with Bindi, 25, and Robert, 20, who shared her admiration for the actor.
Terri has known for a while that Crowe, who is 60 years old, is in a committed relationship. She mentioned that the actor and his partner make a great couple.
"We've been friends for many years and he is truly a wonderful person. He always makes me laugh," Terri said about her friendship with Crowe. "But no, he is happily dating Brittany and they are both doing incredible things."

Terri has a special affection for The Gladiator star, but her love will always be for her late husband, Irwin, who passed away in September 2006 from a stingray injury at the age of 44.
She shared with Us that she had an amazing 14-year marriage and feels content with herself. Despite missing Steve, she is comfortable being alone and considers herself fortunate not to be a lonely person.
Terri and Steve got married in June 1992 after dating for almost a year. They had a daughter named Bindi in June 1998 and a son named Robert in December 2003. After Steve passed away, Terri has been carrying on his work at the Australian Zoo to honor his legacy.
Bindi and Robert have decided to follow in their father's footsteps and work alongside their mom. Terri believes that Steve would be very proud of the work they have done in his honor. It was his big dream to pass on his love for conservation.
Terri remembered how Steve used to stare into the fire and one day he told her, "We have to have children. Who will we leave all this to? We have to have children." Terri was skeptical, saying that just having kids doesn't guarantee they will be interested in what they are doing. But Steve was determined, saying, "No, we are having children and they will love wildlife and conservation."
