Susan Noles joked about how the divorce of Golden Bachelor couple Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist has impacted her own marriage.

"No divorces for me, they ruined my perfect record," Noles, 67, shared with We exclusively. She was a contestant of Turner's before he married Nist in January. Noles made the comments while attending the QVC Women's Summit in Las Vegas on Wednesday, April 24.

Noles mentioned that Turner, 72, and Nist, 70, were doing well after their split. When asked if she was surprised by the breakup, Noles responded by zipping her lips.

Back in September 2023, Noles was a contestant on the Golden Bachelor, vying for Turner's affection. Their breakup was amicable enough that Noles was invited to be part of their wedding celebration.

Turner and Nist surprised fans of Bachelor Nation recently by revealing that they have decided to end their marriage, only 90 days after getting married on TV.

On Good Morning America, Turner shared, “Theresa and I have had many honest conversations. We’ve carefully examined our living arrangements and together, we've agreed that it’s best for us to go our separate ways.”

Hours after the surprising interview, it was revealed that Turner had filed for divorce in Petersburg, Indiana, citing an "irretrievable breakdown" as the cause of their split.

On the other hand, Noles expressed her support for the couple in a joint Instagram video with Kathy Swarts back in April.

"Don't lose hope in finding love on a show like that," Noles reassured fans. "Many people are still finding love out there. I truly believe those two found love."

She went on to say, "They must have their reasons. Let's all be supportive. Stay positive and let's wish them the best."

Noles, who recently appeared on reality TV, is now looking ahead to her future. The ex-hair and makeup artist shared with Us that being in her 50s has opened up a world of opportunities, emphasizing, “The greatest thing is that I no longer worry about others' opinions.”

Do you think there should be a Golden Bachelorette?

Noles was asked if she has been receiving direct messages from men since becoming the Golden Bachelor.

She replied, "No! I believe I have a strong personality. However, my wedding business has been thriving!" She added, "I used to think that I needed a man in my life, but now I realize that a man needs me!"
