The banner revenue for the current five-star characters in Genshin Impact, Eula and Klee, is displayed on a chart. These characters are featured in the first banner cycle of version 3.8, allowing players to obtain them by wishing on the Limited Character Banner.
The limited banners in Genshin Impact typically last for approximately 3 to 4 weeks, giving players about two more weeks to gather enough Primogems. In the upcoming second half of the update, Eula and Klee will be replaced by Sanogonomiya Kokomi and Wanderer.
GenshinLab, a renowned website for Genshin Impact revenue analysis, has recently unveiled the rankings of the current Klee and Eula banners in terms of all-time revenue. Surprisingly, this ongoing double banner has secured the position of being the third lowest-performing banner on the all-time list. This outcome is unexpected considering the significant anticipation surrounding Eula's comeback. Eula, the Cryo claymore user, had not been featured on a banner since November 2021, resulting in over 500 days without a banner appearance. However, despite the immense hype, her sales have been disappointingly lackluster, likely due to several contributing factors. It is noteworthy that the only two banners ranking lower than this double banner featured only a single character, further highlighting the underperformance of both Klee and Eula in this double banner, making it the worst-performing double banner in the game's history.
The overall sales appear to be low primarily because numerous fans are saving their Primogems in anticipation of the upcoming Fontaine characters. Genshin Impact's recent promotional videos have showcased a plethora of new characters, including Lyney and Lynette who have been confirmed for the 4.0 update, as well as Arlecchino and the Hydro Archon, who are expected to join the roster in a few months.
Additionally, another possible reason for players disregarding this banner is the inclusion of two characters that are currently not considered part of Genshin Impact's meta. While Klee remains a beloved character within the community, her abilities are somewhat lackluster compared to the recently introduced units.
Eula's Cryo element has gradually lost its prominence in the meta due to the introduction of Dendro elemental reactions. Despite facing low sales, Eula remains a respectable DPS character in Genshin Impact, and she holds the current record for dealing the highest recorded damage in the game.
Genshin Impact is currently accessible on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch version currently in progress.
