:I have not had any direct communication with him. However, we have consistently checked in at various pivotal points. For instance, he approved the shooting script and expressed his satisfaction with it. It was crucial for me to ensure his approval before proceeding with the filming. Nonetheless, the journey from script to finished film is always an evolving process. Therefore, it was immensely gratifying to witness his resonance with the film and his genuine love for it since it is his brainchild. I am relieved to know that he believes we have done justice to his creation.
The Pet Sematary prequel could receive a significant boost with King's endorsement, increasing its prospects on Paramount+ prior to its debut. While the streaming platform has had moderate success in the competitive streaming landscape, only a few of their original releases have garnered significant attention from viewers.
