In response, Hinao provided shelter for the girl and alerted Shiba about the Katana's appearances. Once at the building, the young girl confides in Hinao about being pursued by a man in possession of the "Strongest sword in the world." She then pleads with Chihiro and Shiba to protect her. While Shiba dismisses the girl's claims as nonsense, Chihiro insists on hearing the full story from her.
