Zero Wire is a resource in Starfield that is of "Common" rarity. It is used for crafting important items such as Amplifiers, Long Scopes, Balanced Boostpacks, and Sensor Arrays. Despite being classified as "Common," acquiring Zero Wire can be quite challenging, especially during the early stages of the game.
At first, players may have to rely on random drops from enemies or resort to buying it at inflated prices from vendors. However, there are more effective ways to gather Zero Wire. This guide provides detailed methods for Starfield players to obtain this vital resource without breaking the bank.

How to Craft Zero Wire
Zero Wire can be created using two devices: the Industrial Workbench and the Simple Fabricator - Zero Wire. Both of these tools will convert one Copper and one Silver into a coil of Zero Wire. However, the Simple Fabricator can only be placed in Outposts and needs a power source to operate.
In order to construct a Zero Wire Fabricator, players will require four Tungsten, eight Aluminum, two Sealant, and three Zero Wires. Alternatively, players can discover Industrial Workbenches scattered throughout cities and important locations such as the Ledge.
How to Get Zero Wire with Console Commands
Players have the ability to instantly obtain Zero Wire in their inventory by using console commands. By inputting the code "player.additem 00246B65 [Quantity]," with the specified quantity enclosed in brackets, players can acquire the desired number of Zero Wire coils. For instance, substituting [Quantity] with "100" will provide the player with 100 coils.
It is important to mention that using these console command IDs is regarded as cheating and will result in the deactivation of achievements for the current playthrough.
