On Monday, October 23, the Texas Rangers sealed their position in this thrilling season-ending clash by triumphing over the reigning champion, the Houston Astros. Following suit, on Tuesday, October 24, the Arizona Diamondbacks secured their place after emerging victorious against the Philadelphia Phillies, who had previously squared off against the Astros in the 2022 World Series. Both the Rangers and the Diamondbacks, wild card teams entering the postseason, navigated an arduous journey to earn their spot in the prestigious Fall Classic.
During the matchups between the Diamondbacks and Rangers and other competitive teams, numerous well-known celebrities showed up at the games, such as Kevin Durant, former President George W. Bush, Michael Phelps, and several others.
The World Series is set to commence on Friday, October 27, at Globe Life Field, the Rangers' stadium located in Arlington, Texas.

As their winning streak continued, the players attributed their achievements to the powerful influence of the rock band. Upon learning of the team's acknowledgment, Creed expressed their unwavering support for the baseball team by tweeting, "Let's go Rangers, let's go!" on October 9.

Having been lifelong supporters of the Rangers, the ex-President together with his wife have attended numerous games throughout the years, including the 2023 postseason. It has recently been disclosed by the Rangers' radio announcer, Jared Sandler, that George W. will have the honor of throwing the ceremonial first pitch at the commencement of the World Series' opening game.

Throughout the entire season, the Arizona Cardinals player has consistently demonstrated his unwavering support for the Diamondbacks.
