The latest installment of Hollywood Records’ The Big Score delves into the music behind the biographical drama film, Flamin’ Hot. Based on the memoir by Richard Montañez, A Boy, A Burrito, and A Cookie: from Janitor to Executive, the movie tells the story of Montañez's rise through the ranks of the Frito-Lay corporation. Directed by Eva Longoria, Flamin’ Hot stars Jesse Garcia as Montañez. The film's score was composed by Marcelo Zarvos, who created a culturally specific soundtrack to pay tribute to Mexican American tradition. Zarvos even re-scored the iconic “20th Century Fox Fanfare” in a Mexican style to set the tone of the film. The Big Score episode featuring Zarvos' work is highly anticipated, and Screen Rant is thrilled to debut exclusive clips.
