Solving the Kukajin Enigma in Lords of the Fallen: Unveiling the Woman in Stone

In Lords of the Fallen, there are numerous captivating missions, with some being particularly difficult and demanding clever thinking. Among these quests, there is a challenging one that unfolds in the Forsaken Fen region, where players are tasked with aiding a petrified girl.

Rescuing Kukajin proves to be highly advantageous as she graciously pledges her assistance in upcoming boss battles. Given that numerous players find themselves unsure about how to go about saving a petrified girl, this guide will provide a comprehensive explanation on how to effectively assist Kukajin in Lords of the Fallen.

How to Help Kukajin in Lords Of The Fallen

To initiate the Help Kukajin's Statue quest, players need to make their way to Forsaken Fen. Within this location lies a cave housing a girl who has been turned into stone. Positioned near the fire where the Shuja warriors are stationed, the entryway to the cave is obscured by overgrown branches. However, with a precise strike, the obstruction can be eliminated, granting access to the entrance.

The girl, known as Kukajin, has been imprisoned within the stone by a mystical accessory. Upon engaging in conversation with her, the quest becomes active, prompting players to discern the means by which Kukajin can be liberated. At this juncture, players are presented with two options to consider:

Free Kukajin

If players choose this option, they should have either the Sanctify or Cleansing Spring spells in their arsenal.

After defeating the boss Pieta, Sanctify can be found in the chest located in the area where the battle took place.

Cleansing Spring is sold by a merchant called Exacter Dunmire.

Using one of these spells will release Kukajina from her curse and restore her to her human form. In gratitude, she will generously reward the hero with a valuable Pendant of Induration. Additionally, upon leaving the cave, a magical Wilmarc's Catalyst will be left in the spot where she stood.

To receive assistance from Kukajina in the future, players must rendezvous with her once more. She can be located in one of the corridors of Skyrest Bridge. Engaging in conversation with her will prompt Kukajina to offer her services as a companion during boss fights, albeit not without a cost.

Alternative Option

In case the players are uninterested in pursuing this quest, they have the option to demolish the stone statue. Unfortunately, this action will lead to the death of the woman involved. However, as a reward, the hero will be granted the Kukajin Sword, a weapon capable of inflicting both poison and bleeding effects upon adversaries.
