WWE star Bray Wyatt, whose real name is Windham Rotunda, passed away at the age of 36. Wyatt had a long history with WWE, starting with their developmental program in 2009 before eventually joining the main roster as Husky Harris. After a brief stint on television, he returned to developmental and created the popular character Bray Wyatt, becoming the leader of The Wyatt Family.

During his time as the leader of The Wyatt Family, which originally included Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, Bray Wyatt achieved significant success. Even after The Wyatt Family disbanded, Wyatt introduced a new persona called The Fiend, who was portrayed as nearly unbeatable and became a fan favorite. Wyatt won multiple championships in WWE and participated in prominent matches at various WrestleMania events. Triple H shared that he received a call from Mike Rotunda, a WWE Hall of Famer known to fans as IRS, who also happens to be Wyatt's father. Triple H refrained from disclosing the cause of Wyatt's death, simply stating that he had "unexpectedly passed earlier today." Alongside expressing condolences, Triple H requested respect for the family's privacy during this difficult time.

Wyatt was survived by two daughters from his previous marriage to Samantha, as well as a son and another daughter with JoJo, a former WWE ring announcer. Wyatt and JoJo were engaged in 2022.
