Kylie Jenner's unexpected reunion with her former best friend Jordyn Woods surprised fans. However, it seems Khloé Kardashian is handling the situation gracefully. On Saturday, July 15, Jenner and Woods, both 25, were seen dining together in Los Angeles. This marked the first public appearance of the once inseparable duo in four years. The Daily Mail published photos showing Woods walking behind Jenner and another friend.
The outing created a buzz on the internet, and even Kardashian, 39, appeared to comment on it. On Sunday, July 16, she posted a series of inspiring quotes on her Instagram Story, urging fans to embrace kindness during challenging moments.
"One should never blame anyone in their life," stated one of the quotes. "The good individuals bring happiness, the bad ones provide experiences, the worst ones teach lessons, and the best ones create lasting memories."
In a later article, a quotation stated, "Judging is a simple task, whereas understanding requires more effort. ... When we judge, we create divisions, but when we seek understanding, we experience personal growth."

A third message emphasized the importance of showing kindness in challenging circumstances. Woods' connection with the Kardashian-Jenner clan has been strained since February 2019 when she was caught kissing Tristan Thompson. This act of infidelity led to Kardashian ending her relationship with Thompson, who was 32 at the time, and Woods was subsequently alienated from her former close friend.
Just weeks after the headlines, Woods made an appearance on Jada Pinkett Smith's Red Table Talk to present her side of the story. In March 2019, she claimed to have apologized extensively to Khloé over the phone and through texts. She insisted that engaging in a sexual relationship with Thompson was never considered and their shared kiss lacked passion. Woods expressed a desire for a face-to-face conversation to allow Khloé to truly understand her intentions. She also offered to take a lie detector test or any other means to help Khloé feel better. Woods ensured that these options were available.

At the time, Kardashian slammed Woods via Twitter for “lying” in the interview, alleging, “BTW, You ARE the reason my family broke up!”
Kardashian had a daughter named True with Thompson in April 2018, despite him being accused of cheating on her with multiple women during her pregnancy. Initially, they tried to make it work, but ultimately separated after Woods' kiss. We reported in August 2020 that Kardashian and Thompson had gotten back together, but their reunion was short-lived. They finally ended their relationship for good in 2021 due to Thompson's paternity scandal with Maralee Nichols, who gave birth to their son, Theo, in December. Last summer, Thompson and Kardashian had a son via surrogate. (Thompson also has a 6-year-old son named Prince with his ex, Jordan Craig.)
Throughout their relationship, Kardashian and Thompson have had many ups and downs. In February 2021, when a fan asked Kardashian on Instagram when Jenner was "allowed to be friends" with Woods again, Kardashian reflected on her history with Woods.
"I am completely fed up with the ongoing narrative that suggests I have control over my sister's friendships or that I exert influence over who she surrounds herself with," Kardashian fired back. "I want to make it crystal clear that I have never, and I mean NEVER, dictated to my sister whom she can be friends with. She is a responsible adult who has the freedom to make her own choices."
Kardashian emphasized her unwavering support for Jenner, stating, "No matter who she decides to be friends with, I will always love, respect, and cherish my sister unconditionally! She is my lifelong partner, and I will always honor her decisions! By the way, I harbor no resentment or ill feelings towards ANYONE!!! Truly. My heart holds no hatred whatsoever. Unless you have accurate knowledge and understanding of the situation, I kindly request that you refrain from offering your opinion!"
