Sebastian Chacon, known for his role in Daisy Jones & the Six, has been accused of multiple counts of sexual assault and harassment by several women. These accusations have led to a lawsuit filed by three women, identified as Jane Does 1-3, on Wednesday, November 22. The plaintiffs claim that Chacon engaged in "tortious conduct" and demonstrated "patterns of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse" from 2017 to 2022.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Jane Doe 1 stated that Chacon groomed her "under the guise of a romantic relationship" when she was 16 years old and allegedly sexually assaulted her in his home. Jane Doe 2 reported that Chacon "subjected her to forced and violent sex acts," including repeated strangulation. As for Jane Doe 3, she claimed that Chacon forced himself onto her when she was unconscious. The court documents stated that "Plaintiffs now seek to hold Chacon accountable for the immeasurable pain and suffering they have endured as a result of his violent and unlawful conduct towards them."
The three plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit against Chacon, alleging battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. They assert that their interactions with Chacon took place in New York prior to filing the lawsuit. Chacon, known for his role as drummer Warren Rojas in Prime Video's Daisy Jones & the Six, has strongly refuted the accusations.

Sebastian Chacon's attorney, Jeff Chabrowe, stated that over the past two years, his client and his loved ones have endured verbal abuse, harassment, and threats from the accusers. Chabrowe indicated that there is an ongoing criminal investigation into their behavior. Despite the allegations, Mr. Chacon adamantly denies any wrongdoing. Chabrowe emphasized that false accusations of sexual assault are not only immoral but also have far-reaching consequences. He also claimed that the women's allegations have tarnished Chacon's reputation and undermined the credibility of genuine victims. Additionally, he alleged that the plaintiffs attempted to extort millions of dollars from Chacon over the past year.
“Mr. Chacon stood firm in his ethical beliefs; this lawsuit stems solely from his refusal to succumb to extortion,” Chabrowe stated. “Mr. Chacon is ready to assist in any investigation and furnish all evidence needed to demonstrate his innocence. We have unwavering confidence in our legal system and believe that the truth will ultimately triumph.”
