In the premiere of the Kingdoms of Ruin, we were introduced to Chloe Morgan, the captivating Ice Witch. Just as fans grew fond of her character, the anime took a dark turn when King Goethe of the Redia Empire executed her. This tragic event compelled Adonis to seek revenge on behalf of Chloe. However, as Adonis began ruthlessly eliminating humans, his plans were thwarted by Doroka, who revealed the Witches' intention to revive Chloe.
Doroka informed Adonis that there was still a surviving group of Witches dedicated to bringing Chloe back to life. To accomplish this, they required Adonis' assistance, specifically his memories of the Witch, to complete the revival spell. Despite the possibility of Adonis successfully resurrecting Chloe, the question remains: will he achieve this feat?

The Kingdoms of Ruin: Will Adonis bring back Chloe?
Chloe Morgan, as depicted in The Kingdoms of Ruin anime (Image via Yokohama Animation Lab), will not be revived by Adonis. Instead, Adonis is set to bring back Doroka. In the previous episode, Doroka was shot, and little did anime fans know that Adonis would face beheading. Shortly after, Doroka's friend will heal Adonis and teleport her to the Witch's hideout.Adonis meets Ophelia and the other witches, who aim to bring Chloe back to life. Despite his excitement about reviving Chloe, Doroka reveals a secret to him moments before her death. She warns Adonis that the witches intend to exploit Chloe for their own purposes and advises him to escape with the Ice Witch once she is resurrected.

Nonetheless, as he delved into his recollections, he came to the realization that he did not wish to subject Chloe to further agony.
Refusing to owe anyone, he chose to revive Doroka instead of accepting her help. Since she had saved him in the Redia Kingdom, he saw her revival as a way to repay his debt.
This infuriated the Witches, who had intended to pursue Adonis and Doroka. At that moment, soldiers from the Redia Empire suddenly teleported to the Witch's planet. The Empire had been using a tracker to monitor Adonis' whereabouts, so they always knew where he was. Adonis had been aware of the tracker himself and had allowed it to continue functioning in order to enable the humans to infiltrate the planet.

However, amidst the chaos, Adonis inadvertently incinerated Mito, rendering any future attempts to resurrect Chloe futile. The reason being that Ophelia had revealed that Mito was the sole remaining Tree of Life transported from Earth to the realm of the Witches.Given the presence of magic in the manga series, there might be an alternative method to revive Chloe. Moreover, it is important to remember that The Kingdoms of Ruin manga series is still ongoing, implying that Chloe Morgan's revival is not entirely ruled out.
