Scooby Doo's Mystery Machine Makes a Comeback with Sarah Michelle Gellar

On her Instagram page, Sarah Michelle Gellar recently shared a throwback photo of herself posing with the iconic Mystery Machine from the live-action adaptation of Scooby-Doo, in which she played the role of Daphne. The photo serves as a nostalgic nod to the actress's involvement in the 2002 film and its 2004 sequel, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, both of which were helmed by director Raja Gosnell and written by current co-CEO of DC Studios, James Gunn.

Gellar humorously referred to her role as Daphne by captioning the image with "new (old) whip." It seems that the stylish Mystery Machine, which she's posing beside, is affiliated with Universal Studios - evident from the pass around her neck. Stay tuned for further updates.
