Scarlett Johansson, the actress who portrayed Black Widow in the MCU, recently disclosed her vision for her character's comeback to the cinematic universe. Johansson would love to see Black Widow return in a deadly form

Johansson was asked about the possibility of Romanoff returning to the MCU through a multiverse loophole. Her response was playful, suggesting a vampire or zombie version of the character. When Al Roker questioned her about being approached by Marvel to reprise her role, Johansson swiftly ended the conversation. Though Johnansson’s Black Widow was last seen in her 2021 solo movie, the character was shown in the Disney+ animated series What If…? voiced by Lake Bell.

The What If…? series features episodes showcasing alternate versions of characters from different multiverses. In one such episode, Romanoff falls victim to a zombie outbreak and becomes one of the undead.
