On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, the official website and social media account of the Frieren anime announced that voice actor Yuiichi Nakamura, well-known for his role as Satoru Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen, will be joining the cast as the voice of Sein in the upcoming episode airing on Friday. Frieren anime, also known as Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, is an adaptation of the manga series of the same name by Kanehito Yamada and Tsukasa Abe. The anime premiered with a special 2-hour-long episode on September 29, 2023, and has since released 12 episodes.
