Romeo Beckham will stay at Brentford for another year and continue playing for their B team.
The 20-year-old has agreed to sign for them on a permanent one-year deal from Inter Miami.
The Bees are expected to pay nominal compensation.
Beckham joined the club on a six-month loan in January and played a part in them winning the Premier League Cup.
He has recently been pictured in LA after the season finished and is expected to return to pre-season training with Brentford B later in the summer.
Frank: Romeo Beckham has a big name but he's a very good player too
"However, we brought him in because he is a talented footballer who we believe can contribute to the team. We want people to judge him on his performances on the pitch, rather than his father's reputation. He has worked hard in training and shown a great attitude, and I have no doubt he will continue to improve and develop as a player during his time with us."
Frank made a comparison between Michael Laudrup and his son Andreas, whom he coached. He emphasized the significance of treating Andreas as an individual player rather than constantly comparing him to his father's reputation. While Laudrup may also be a skilled player akin to David Beckham, it is important to recognize Andreas for his own abilities and not solely as a reflection of his father's legacy.
"He has shown his quality and we hope he can continue to contribute to the team's success."

Speculations arise as to which players will be on the move this summer when the transfer window opens on June 14 and closes at 11pm on September 1 in England and midnight in Scotland. The team hopes that by getting them to perform or extending loan deals, some players will make it a permanent deal and keep progressing to make it interesting for the club.Keep up to date with all the latest transfer news and rumours in our dedicated Transfer Centre blog on We' digital platforms.
