Alexia Nepola is grateful for the love and support she has received from fans after news of her divorce from Todd Nepola. The Real Housewives of Miami star, 56, expressed her gratitude on her Instagram Story on Wednesday, April 17. She wrote, "The outpouring of love and support that I have received from all of you has truly warmed my heart. Thank you ❤️. Love you all ❤️."

Earlier this week, it was reported that Todd, who is 51 years old, filed for divorce from Alexia after being married for three years. On Monday, April 15, it was confirmed that Todd had submitted the divorce papers in Florida four days earlier.

On the same day, Alexia took to her Instagram Story to address the split. She expressed her shock and heartbreak over Todd's decision to end their marriage. Despite the difficult time, Alexia found comfort in knowing that her friends and family would be there to support her.

Court papers acquired by Us on Tuesday, April 16, showed that the estranged couple had signed a prenuptial agreement dealing with their financial matters shortly before their wedding in December 2021.

A source shared with Us on Wednesday that the news of the split came as a shock to everyone. They mentioned that Alexia is deeply hurt as she is someone who believes in love and is very romantic. The insider revealed that Alexia is heartbroken over the separation from Todd, whom she loves dearly.

Additionally, Rahmani explained that a family law judge will need to figure out the origin of the funds. They will consider if the money is from separate property going through an account that is meant for the individual in case of a divorce. The judge will also assess if the funds are separate property that was mixed with shared assets, or if it was gifted to the spouse and therefore considered shared property.
