This chip is part of the Ryzen 8000 series APU, affirming previous leaks that suggested these APUs would include 16 RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units. Similar to the previous generation, these APUs will adopt a hybrid layout combining Zen 5 and Zen 5C. It is important to mention that this chip is an engineering sample (ES) with a 45W TDP, and the final specifications may undergo changes before its official launch.

The clock speed of this ES chip averages at 2.12 GHz and is accompanied by 32GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory. HWiNFO data also provides some basic iGPU details but notes 512MB of GDDR6 VRAM, which appears to be an error. Additionally, it should be noted that HWiNFO does not fully support ES chips, so there is a possibility of inaccurate data.

The Ryzen 8000 series APUs are anticipated to debut in two variations: a monolithic design and a chiplet design.
