Gearbox and Gunfire Games have announced that The Awakened King, the first DLC for Remnant 2, will be released on November 14th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The price for the DLC will be $10.
In this new expansion, players will encounter the awakening of the One True King, who has become consumed by bloodlust after being corrupted by the Root during his hibernation. Exploring a fresh area within the world of Losomm, gamers will embark on a thrilling journey to unravel the mysteries surrounding the One True King.
Moreover, introducing the Ritualist, a unique archetype focused on controlling status effects. Further information regarding this new archetype will be disclosed as we approach the release of the DLC. In addition to the new location, players will also come across fresh weapons, items, and formidable bosses.
In 2024, two more DLC updates are scheduled, making a total of three updates in total. Players have the option to purchase a DLC bundle for $25, granting access to The Awakened King upon its launch later this month.
