After its successful initial theatrical release in July, the film grossed over $950 million globally. It later became available on DVD, Blu-ray, and digital platforms for purchase and rental in November.
Oppenheimer will be exclusively available on Peacock for its streaming release starting on February 16. Peacock, owned by NBC Universal, which also owns Oppenheimer studio Universal, will be the sole platform for accessing the film.
In addition, on February 1, Peacock will also feature several other Nolan movies, such as Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, Dunkirk, Inception, and Memento.
