One Punch Man Chapter 199 saw the return of Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic facing off against the Heavenly Ninja Party. In a surprising turn, Flashy Flash showcased his impressive skills by defeating all members of the party, unlike the previous chapters where the Tennin provided a formidable challenge for the two ninjas.
In the last chapter, Flash and Sonic joined forces to battle the Tennin. Despite not having seen each other for years, they still worked together seamlessly and showed impressive teamwork against the Heavenly Ninja Party.
However, Flash made it clear that he wanted to spare Wind and Flame in order to use them for the Hero Association's research on reversing monsterification.

Chapter 199, titled That's Right, continues the story from the previous chapter and follows the intense showdown between Flash and Sonic against the Heavenly Ninja Party.
In the previous chapter, Flash shared his plan to turn The Great One back into a human to help him see clearly. This confused the Tennin ninjas, who didn't see a problem with The Great One. They thought Flash was trying to deceive them. In response, Brawny Muscle of the Heavenly Ninja Party activated a technique called "Stone Debris Release."
This maneuver enabled debris to float above the ground, providing Tennin ninjas with a platform for their swift assaults. This three-dimensional technique appeared to be one of the most challenging skills to perfect in the ninja village, and only the most elite ninjas have been able to master it.

Flashy Flash considered the tactic outdated and decided to use the debris to his advantage. He thwarted Tennin's movements by smashing the foothold and defeated several ninjas along the way. Finally, he took down Brawny Muscle with a powerful Flash Kick, causing the Tennin ninjas to fall from their debris formations.
Sonic was in awe of the Stone Debris Release, considering it an "elite ninja technique" according to Flash. He believed that anyone with enough strength could easily and naturally master the entire technique. Flash's impressive strength and speed made Sonic marvel at him, considering him to have the ideal specs.

The members of the Heavenly Ninja Party were astounded by Flash's incredible strength, unable to believe how much training he must have undergone. But Flash revealed that it was not just training that made him strong, but rather his combat experience. He also emphasized the importance of letting go of worthless pride in order to become stronger.
Final thoughts on One Punch Man chapter 199
Speed-o'-Sound Sonic attempted to demonstrate his increased strength gained through combat experience. Unfortunately, his bleeding nostrils undermined his effort, leading Flashy Flash to casually remark that Sonic was still improving, implying that he had not yet reached his maximum potential.

Editor's P/S
As a Gen Z fan of One Punch Man, I am thrilled to see Flashy Flash take center stage in Chapter 199. His unparalleled combat skills and strategic thinking left me in awe. The way he effortlessly defeated the entire Heavenly Ninja Party, including the formidable Brawny Muscle, showcased his immense growth and solidified his position as one of the strongest characters in the series.
Moreover, the dynamic between Flashy Flash and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic continues to entertain me. Their friendly rivalry and mutual respect add a layer of depth to their characters. Sonic's admiration for Flash's strength and Flash's recognition of Sonic's potential make their interactions both heartwarming and humorous. I can't wait to see how their relationship develops in future chapters.
