Shueisha Inc., Toei Animation Co., Ltd., and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc are collaboratively organizing a diverse range of engaging festivities to celebrate Eiichiro Oda's One Piece on ONE PIECE DAY '23. This celebration will encompass various forms of media, including manga, anime, movies, music, games, and merchandise. The event will be held over two days, starting from Friday, July 21 to Saturday, July 22, with a live-stream available on YouTube from the in-person event venue at Tokyo Big Sight. Notably, this event will provide English interpretation for the main stage festivities, allowing a simultaneous experience for English-speaking viewers. A concept image for the event has also been released, showcasing a colossal figure of Luffy in his Gear 5 form, accompanied by several exhibits featuring panels from the manga.

The first day of ONE PIECE DAY '23 will commence at 5:00 pm JST with a special screening of One Piece Film: Red. Released in Japan on August 6, 2022, this film is the fifteenth installment in the One Piece film series and has achieved significant commercial success. The special screening, named "Let's go! ONE PIECE FILM RED Special Cheer Screening," invites attendees to join in cheering for the movie alongside fellow fans, fostering an engaging and participatory atmosphere in celebration of all things One Piece.
