It is compatible with Portal: Prelude RTX, a remastered version of a community-made mod for Portal. The driver also provides support for the controversial RTX 4060Ti 16GB graphics card and other new games such as Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Remnant 2, and Dying Light 2: Stay Human. Users will receive the update automatically or can manually download the driver from Nvidia.
GeForce Game Ready drivers enable Nvidia to optimize its software for its latest hardware and new games utilizing Nvidia’s graphical technologies. These drivers receive regular updates with the release of new game titles. The most recent update introduces support for the RTX Remix of Portal’s popular community-made mod, Portal: Prelude. This mod can be downloaded for free from Steam, but players must own a copy of Portal to play it.
The latest driver version, 536.67, has a file size of 644.94 MB and is compatible with all GeForce GPUs starting from the GTX 700 series. It brings support for DLSS 3, advanced ray tracing, Nvidia Reflex, and the RTX IO, the latest GPU-accelerated storage technology. This driver update is especially beneficial for games like Portal: Prelude RTX, which is already available, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, set to release on July 26.

For games like Remnant 2, which unfortunately lacks DLSS 3 support, the driver will activate DLSS 2 support upon the game's release on July 25. As for Dying Light 2: Stay Human, which is already available on Steam and other platforms, the GeForce Game Ready driver introduces a resizable BAR profile to enhance game performance. The resizable BAR enables efficient access to the entire frame buffer by allowing assets to be transferred from the CPU to the GPU seamlessly. It's important to note that this technology is compatible with GeForce RTX 30 series (and newer) graphics cards and laptops.
Additionally, the 536.67 driver version includes support for Nvidia's latest graphics card, the 16GB variant of the RTX 4060Ti. The 8GB variant was launched in May, and it was previously announced that a 16GB variant would be released in July. Surprisingly, Nvidia quietly debuted the RTX 4060Ti 16GB last week without any formal announcement or promotional activities. Notably, neither Nvidia nor the board partners sent out review units, leading to speculation about the performance of this new card.
The Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4060 Ti GAMING OC 16G is Gigabyte's newest addition to the RTX 4060 series. This version boasts 16GB of VRAM, an upgrade from the 8GB variant released in May. With its increased memory capacity, it excels in memory-intensive games and productivity applications.

It did, however, present gaming benchmarks that demonstrate virtually no difference in performance compared to the 8GB variant, except for two games, A Plague Tale: Requiem and Resident Evil 4 (2023).
In addition, the updated driver addresses certain bugs, including game crashes when using GeForce Experience Freestyle filters, and improves DPC latency observed in Latencymon for Ampere-based GPUs. The update is now available for download, but if it doesn't appear, you can manually download the driver from this source.
