Following a eventful day that includes visiting a California winery, recording a podcast episode, cooking, and spending time with Chigvintsev, 41, Garcia wraps up the evening by reading Matteo a bedtime story. "It's heartwarming to see the books he chooses every night," the Total Bellas alum shares with Us. "I adore my son so much!"

Nikki Garcia Says Going to the Gym Is Her Version of 'Me Time': Nothing Like a Good 'Sweat Session'

Garcia kicks off her mornings by beelining to the gym — with a Celsius in hand — after son Matteo heads to school.

The television host makes a stop at Hill Family Estate to stomp on grapes for Bonita Bonita, the wine brand she established alongside her twin, Brie Garcia: "We've had quite a bit of rain in Napa Valley this year, leading to a delayed harvest, but the grapes are looking absolutely delicious!"

2:26 p.m.
With Chigvintsev rehearsing for Dancing With the Stars, he and Garcia prioritize staying connected. "During DWTS season, he and I live on FaceTime," the WWE Hall of Famer explains. "I wonder how many hours a day we spend on [there] — I can't even imagine!"

3:30 p.m.
Garcia then films an episode of "The Nikki + Brie Show" with her sister. "Having a podcast is incredible - it's a fantastic way to connect with our Bonita Army and to have the opportunity to meet and interview amazing people!" she expresses. "I especially love the days when we record from home because Matteo is right by my side."

4:45 p.m.
Making dinner with her son is a slice of heaven for the former wrestler. "Tonight's menu features ground beef, carrots, and rice," Garcia shares, noting Matteo's preference for adding "a little Cholula" to his dish. "It's perfecto, and he loves the spicy kick."

6:25 p.m.
Following a bath, Garcia and Matteo cuddle up — her "favorite part" of the day, she says. "We always read two books before I turn the lights off at 7 P.M.," the Incomparable author tells Us.
