The original Teasing Master Takagi-san manga will conclude its serialization on October 12, 2023. Despite the existence of a spin-off manga titled Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi-san, a new spin-off manga will be published.
This new spin-off manga will center around Chi, Takagi and Nishikata's daughter, and her classmate as they navigate through middle school. Although these characters have made appearances in Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi-san, the new spin-off manga will primarily focus on them.
Nishikata and Takagi can be seen in the manga series, as depicted in an image provided by Shogakukan.
At present, the manga's title has not yet been announced; however, a leaked magazine page has disclosed a portion of it. The manga is expected to be called "Karakai jouzu (?) no Nishikata-san," and it will be illustrated by Inaba Mifumi, the artist behind Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi-san.
The spin-off manga of Teasing Master Takagi-san,
featuring Nishikata and Takagi, will start its serialization in the 12/2023 issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Shōnen Sunday magazine, scheduled to be released on November 10.
The original manga will conclude its 10-year run next week, and its final volume, volume 20, will be released in January 2024. The manga series has a total circulation of 12 million copies, including digital copies, spin-offs, and sequels. With the upcoming release of the final volume, manga sales are expected to increase.
