Final Fantasy 16 has received positive feedback for its departure from traditional JRPG gameplay, further establishing the franchise as highly lucrative. The forthcoming DLC pack for Theatrhythm Final Bar Line will feature 11 songs from Final Fantasy 16, including Clive's theme song and the "Hide, Hideaway" theme. It will be conveniently accessible for purchase starting November 1.

The latest DLC pack for Theatrhythm Final Bar Line includes music from Final Fantasy 16. Final Fantasy 16 was initially released on PlayStation 5 in June, and a PC port will be available soon. Unlike previous games in the series, Final Fantasy 16 takes a different approach with its tone and gameplay, moving towards real-time action and presenting a darker medieval setting where tragedy and death are common. The game revolves around Clive Rosfield, a fallen noble seeking revenge and redemption in a story that spans three different time periods in the harsh land of Valisthea.

This unique approach taken by Final Fantasy 16 has paid off for Square Enix, as the game has received mostly positive reviews and has further established Final Fantasy as one of the most successful franchises in history. Currently, two DLC expansions are planned for Final Fantasy 16, with producer Naoki Yoshida teasing that at least one of them will delve into the backstory of the beloved supporting character, Cid. In the meantime, Square Enix is offering players more content related to Final Fantasy 16 through one of the franchise's many spin-off titles.

The official Final Fantasy Twitter account recently announced a new DLC pack for Theatrhythm Final Bar Line, a crossover rhythm game that features music from the entire Final Fantasy franchise. This DLC will include 11 songs from Final Fantasy 16, such as Clive's theme song, "Find the Flame," and the "Hide, Hideaway" theme that plays when Clive returns to his hideout in Valisthea. The DLC will be available on November 1 as part of Theatrhythm Final Bar Line's Season Pass Vol. 3.

Theatrhythm Final Bar Line is the fifth installment in Square Enix's Final Fantasy rhythm spin-off games. These games require players to match on-screen prompts with the music to reenact battles and scenes from the main Final Fantasy games. While the flagship RPG series remains the primary focus, Final Bar Line's previous DLC has also featured music from other Square Enix properties such as Chrono Trigger, The World Ends with You, and NieR:Automata.

Final Fantasy 16 will now be featured in Theatrhythm Final Bar Line with 11 iconic tracks from the latest JRPG epic. While there are currently no plans for additional Final Fantasy 16 music in the upcoming DLC, it is highly possible that Square Enix will release a Season 4 DLC for Theatrhythm Final Bar Line in the future. In the meantime, fans can enjoy playing along to the emotional themes of Final Fantasy 16 starting from November 1. The game is already available on PS5 and will soon be released for PC.
