Neelam Gill denied the speculation that she’s dating Leonardo DiCaprio and explained the reasoning behind the pair’s recent outing.
"I want to clear up any speculation by stating that I am not romantically involved with Leonardo DiCaprio," the 28-year-old model clarified on her Instagram Story on Friday, July 28. "In fact, I am currently in a committed relationship with one of his close friends, and we have been together for many months now."
In the past few months, Gill has been seen in the company of the 48-year-old actor on multiple occasions since May. Their first public appearance together was at a restaurant in London, accompanied by friends and DiCaprio's mother. More recently, Gill was spotted on a yacht in Sardinia, Italy, with DiCaprio on Friday.
"The only reason we have been photographed together is because I have attended events alongside my partner," she clarified, choosing not to disclose their identity. "I hope this dispels any misconceptions and false narratives."
Throughout his career, DiCaprio has been involved in several high-profile relationships. Following his breakup with Camila Morrone in August 2022, he was most recently rumored to be dating Gigi Hadid. DiCaprio, 28, and Hadid were first seen together during New York Fashion Week in September 2022.
