The world of Assassin's Creed Mirage is vast and dangerous, with various threats lurking around every corner. However, players are irresistibly drawn to the city of Baghdad and its outskirts due to its impressive recreation. While there are numerous viewpoints within the city, exploring the wilderness can prove to be a cumbersome task.
Although some players may consider skipping exploration altogether, it would be an unwise decision since each area contains some of the game's best weapons. Navigating the sandy terrain on foot is not recommended, which is where mounts come into play. However, players will not have immediate access to mounts and will need to progress through the story until reaching a certain point.

To obtain a mount, players must return to Baghdad upon completing their training with Roshan. Upon arrival, players will come across a nearby camel, which will serve as their initial mount within the game. All mounts can be controlled using the same commands, allowing players to summon their mount by holding the Right button on the D-Pad.
To get on the mount, players can easily press the Right button or activate the Triangle (or Y) button.
Once mounted, players can increase the speed by pressing and holding the L3 button.
To dismount, simply press and hold the Circle button (or B).
Players can enter cinematic mode by pressing down the touchpad.
To automatically guide their mount to the destination, players simply need to press and hold the Square (or X) button for a few seconds, and then press the Triangle (or Y) button. It's important to monitor the stamina bar of horses and other mounts during travel.
How To Change Mounts
Players will start the game with a camel as their mount, but they have the option to acquire a new one. To do so, they can visit the nearest stable and speak to the owner. This will grant them access to the shop where they can browse and choose from a variety of horses and other mounts.
To purchase a new mount, players must have a specific amount of money. If they do not possess the required funds, they have the alternative of engaging in pickpocketing for a short period of time. Alternatively, they can undertake contracts from the Contracts Board located in the Hidden Ones' Bureau.
Assassin's Creed Mirage is now available on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
