Dark Flames: Dark and Fire-type Timed Research Tasks and Rewards

Once the first step is done, players have the option to select either the Dark-type or Fire-type path. By accomplishing the Pokemon GO Timed Research, players can gain various rewards such as 15,000 XP, a Premium Battle Pass, and encounters with event-themed Pokemon. Additionally, the chosen Timed Research quest will impact the Dark Flames Collection Challenge.

Dark Flames Field Research Tasks and Rewards

Pokemon GO has a few Field Research Tasks for the Dark Flames event. Completing these tasks rewards multiple Pokemon encounters to the participants.

Dark Flames Collection Challenge

The Dark Flames Collection Challenge's type received is determined by the chosen Timed Research path. Participants who successfully complete the Collection Challenge will be granted 5,000 XP and 100 Pokemon GO Mega Energy specifically for Houndoom. It is crucial to finish this challenge prior to the event's conclusion in order to obtain varying rewards.
