In the game Viewfinder, players will encounter a plethora of distinctive puzzles. To progress and explore different areas within each level, players must enter photographs and manipulate their surroundings. Each of the initial four chapters offers a distinctive item to collect: rubber duckies in the first chapter, magnets in the second, Mahjong tiles in the third, and all nine planets of the solar system in the fourth chapter, including Pluto.
For those who wish to locate all the planetary treasures, navigating the maze-like puzzles in Viewfinder may require some assistance. This peculiar and captivating indie puzzle game is bizarrely addictive.
Where to Find Mercury in Viewfinder
Players can discover Mercury in this puzzle game reminiscent of Superliminal by accessing Chapter 4, Level 8 Optional Challenge. Once they reach the level, they should capture a photo of the platform featuring the battery. Utilize this image to carve a path through the fence positioned on the left-hand side of the starting point. Afterward, proceed straight ahead until players are unable to continue any further.
Turn right at the cherry blossom tree, then look at the small table with the box and books on it. Mercury will be resting on it.
Where to Find Venus in Viewfinder
Chapter 4, Level 3 of Viewfinder by SOS Games features another optional challenge, Venus. As soon as players enter the level, they will find this planet positioned on the left wall of the starting place.
Where to Find Earth in Viewfinder
Earth is notoriously difficult to locate among the planets, as it can only be found in Chapter 4, Level 5. Where to Find Mars in Viewfinder
In level 1.1 of Chapter 4, players will discover Mars on the balcony adorned with a large umbrella featuring vibrant yellow and orange stripes. Ascend to the balcony, veer right, and direct your gaze along the adjacent wall where the gramophone rests.
Where to Find Jupiter in Viewfinder
In Chapter 4's level 6.4, as you begin, a quick glance towards the left reveals a bench. On this bench, lies a map waiting to be acquired. Referencing the accompanying screenshot, the map can be found precisely at the location indicated by the pink star. Once obtained, position the photo beneath the protagonist's feet and proceed to descend into the world within the map.
In the upper section of this map, there is a Castle icon. Pick it up, placing it so players can walk into it.
Jupiter will be resting on the side table inside.
Where to Find Saturn in Viewfinder
In Chapter 4, Level 6.6, players will come across a desk with CAIT seated. Adjacent to the desk, there are several bookshelves. Saturn can be located on the leftmost bookshelf, precisely on the third shelf from the top.
Where to Find Uranus in Viewfinder
Uranus can be found in level 7.3 of the indie game Viewfinder. On the left side of the starting point, there is a continuous balcony encircling the entire level. Upon starting the level, make a complete turn to face towards the small set of stairs leading down to the balcony.
Follow this around until players come across a little sitting area with a telescope. This planet will be on that little table near the telescope.
Where to Find Neptune in Viewfinder
Players of this calming indie game can discover Neptune in Chapter 4, Level 2.2. To locate Neptune, head towards the teleporter and proceed forward. Look for a set of stairs concealed to the right amidst the vibrant pink ivy.
As players ascend the stairs, they will encounter a table adorned with a gramophone and various tools. Resting upon the table is a captivating painting. To progress, players must retrieve the painting and position it directly beneath them, initiating a mesmerizing descent into its depths.
Once inside the painting, head to the blue square at the bottom of the painting; there is a little sitting room inside the gray space just before the blue section.
Neptune is on the bookshelf in that sitting area.
Where to Find Pluto in Viewfinder
In this cozy PS5 game, Pluto can be found in Chapter 4, Level 2.4. It is located on a small side table that sits in the sitting area. As players load into the level, they should turn around and proceed downstairs. On reaching the bottom, they will come across a sitting area adorned with a delightful green rug and matching chairs.
To the right of this space, an adjacent side table displays a tea set. By retrieving Pluto from this table, players can successfully fulfill the requirements to unlock the "I Didn't Planets for This to Happen" Achievement.
