On their journey to the Pilgrim's Path, players of Lords of the Fallen will come across an obstacle in the form of a new adversary that blocks their progress to the next area. This opponent is known as Scourged Sister Delyth and can be found inside a chapel. It is recommended for players to take the time to rest and upgrade their characters before facing Delyth in battle. During the initial encounter, players have the opportunity to enter Umbral and approach the small shrine near Delyth, utilizing soulflaying to acquire a Saintly Quintessence. After meeting their demise, players can utilize the Vestige to warp to Skyrest. Engage in conversation with Pieta, upgrade the Sanguinatrix, and then return to confront Scourged Sister Delyth.

Similar to the other bosses in the game, Scourged Sister Delyth follows a specific attack pattern. Once players familiarize themselves with her tactics, defeating her becomes much more manageable. Listed below are all the attack patterns employed by Scourged Sister Delyth:
Her resilience remains unaffected by any strikes until the Umbral entity within the chamber has been eliminated. To accomplish this, venture into the Umbral and eradicate the creature through soulflaying.
Delyth will kick players back and follow it up with a combo if they get too close. Her combo consists of three hits, but it can be avoided by moving away. After she performs the final move, players can close in and land a few hits on her.
In addition, she occasionally incorporates swift swings alongside her kicks.
Once her HP drops to approximately 60%, Delyth will introduce magic attacks into her repertoire. If there is ample space between her and the players, she will summon a compact tornado that will pursue them briefly before erupting. Whenever the players observe her swinging her weapon, it is vital to promptly retreat to evade the magical onslaught.
Instead of a three-move combo, she will now execute a four-move combo. Therefore, it is advisable not to attack immediately following the third swing. Instead, the opportune moment to strike is when she leaps into the air to forcefully bring her weapon down on the ground. Utilizing this moment should grant players a few seconds to decrease her HP.
Under 60% HP, Scourged Sister Delyth's speed also increases. Players keep that in mind while running away from her.
Players will receive a Vestige Seedling, Scourged Sister Flail, and Scourged Sister Helm after defeating Scourged Sister Delyth.
Lords of the Fallen can now be played on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
