Final Fantasy 16 introduces different Eikons, each bringing unique abilities and attributes to Clive during combat. Known as "Eikonic Feats," these powerful abilities not only redefine Clive's combat style but also unveil fresh possibilities.
One such Eikon in Final Fantasy 16 is Ramuh, representing the element of Lightning. Ramuh bestows Clive with a diverse range of electrical attacks that prove effective in battle. The abilities include Pile Drive and Lightning Rod for dealing damage to multiple adversaries, as well as Thunderstorm and Judgment Bolt for inflicting devastating single-target harm. Ramuh's extraordinary Eikonic Feat, Blind Justice, not only deals significant damage to multiple enemies simultaneously but also disrupts weaker foes' attacks.
How to Use Blind Justice in Final Fantasy 16
Blind Justice, an Eikonic Feat of Ramuh, enables players to activate a targeting reticule and lock onto a maximum of six targets (increases to nine upon mastering Blind Justice). By pressing the circle button a second time, multiple electrical bolts are unleashed, homing in on the locked-on targets.
Upon contact, these bolts inflict damage and adhere to the targets. Any target with a bolt attached can be struck with an attack, triggering the detonation of the bolt and inflicting additional damage.
Blind Justice has the ability to lock onto multiple targets and strike them with additional bolts to increase damage. It is more efficient in group fights as it locks onto multiple targets faster than it does to the same target twice.
The damage dealt when a bolt is detonated depends on the attack that triggered it. Thus, melee attacks or powerful Eikonic Attacks are more desirable than using a spell to tag the target.
It is crucial to note that when a bolt detonates in Blind Justice, it has the ability to trigger adjacent bolts to explode as well, potentially initiating a chain reaction that can severely impact the enemy group.
Blind Justice is most effective when used to initiate combat or when the enemy is occupied with other party members, unable to interrupt the targeting. Marking multiple targets and then striking one of them with a swift lunge to trigger a chain detonation can provide a gratifying and impactful way to inflict damage on the entire group at the beginning of a fight. Renewing the application of Blind Justice whenever possible not only adds extra damage but also stuns weaker enemies with the detonation, hindering their interference with Clive's subsequent actions.
Final Fantasy 16 can be played on the PS5.
