Disney Dreamlight Valley, a charming life-sim game, allows players to engage with their favorite Disney characters and become a part of their daily lives. With the game's Remembering Update, players can now befriend a new resident, the Fairy Godmother from Disney's Cinderella, and experience the joys of friendship, trust, and nurturing in the game's Forgotten Memories storyline.

How to Complete Miracles Take Time in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Upon logging into the game, players will immediately encounter the resident of the pumpkin house located in the Forgotten Lands. Her appearance finally solves the mystery surrounding her identity. The player will automatically embark on a new adventure with the quest "Miracles Take Time," marking the beginning of their journey with the Fairy Godmother. To complete her first series of quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley, follow these steps.

Upon logging in, Disney Dreamlight Valley players will be greeted with a captivating cutscene showcasing a magical event unfolding at the Pumpkin House in the Forgotten Lands. Following the conclusion of the cutscene, players will embark on a thrilling quest called "Miracles Take Time" without any additional effort.

Speak to The Fairy Godmother in the Pumpkin House

Their primary mission is to venture into the Forgotten Lands and explore the enigmatic events taking place at the Pumpkin House. Upon arrival, they encounter the Fairy Godmother, who reveals that they have been investigating the secrets of the Dreamscape within the confines of the Pumpkin House all along.

Follow the Fairy Godmother

Accompanied by the Fairy Godmother, the player is led to a magnificent rock formation nearby. As the Fairy Godmother unveils its enchanting power, the player discovers a treehouse surrounded by night thorns. Upon entering the treehouse, the player is transported to a mystical realm, where dreams come true.

Gather the Memory Orbs

Collect the memories of the Forgotten scattered on pedestals throughout the Dreamscape to uncover new fragments of memory within the Dreamlight Valley category. Upon retrieval, the Fairy Godmother will inform players of missing memories that must be found. Follow her to discover a shadowy gate that has appeared nearby.

Become the Forgotten

As soon as the gate is crossed, the player is transported to an alternate version of Dreamlight Valley, where they embody the malevolent alter ego, the Forgotten. Mickey will initiate a conversation, and the player can choose to respond rudely, highlighting their struggle to express emotions effectively. Throughout this realm and others, the player will come across lost memories of the Forgotten.

Forgotten Memories: Friendship

Gather Unattractive Flowers for Mickey Mouse

Within this new dimension, the Forgotten will revisit one of their earliest memories in Dreamlight Valley, albeit in a distorted form. Explore the area for gloomy-looking flowers and utilize Goofy's crafting table to fashion the Hideous Bouquet, which can be found in the Functional Items section. Seek out Minnie Mouse near the pillar in the field and offer her the bouquet. Afterwards, return to Mickey, who will instruct you to locate Goofy, who should be in close proximity.

Prepare Bouillabaisse for Goofy

Goofy invites the player to relive their first meeting by preparing a Bouillabaisse dish together. However, the ingredients have all spoiled and the player must scour the valley to gather fresh ones. The search for the rotten tomato proves to be the most difficult, as it is hidden behind barrels. Upon finding all the ingredients, the player can cook the Nasty Bouillabaisse on Goofy's nearby stove and present it to him once ready.

Return to Minnie

As Minnie showed her affection towards the player, a memory descended from the pillar, surrounded by thorny darkness. The player was then transported back to the Dreamscape, where they had the opportunity to retrieve the memory from the pillar in front of them. By collecting the Memory of Friendship, they could unlock another fragment and channel its energy to the central pillar in the Dreamscape.

Forgotten Memories: Trust

Enter the Second Gate

Upon passing through the second gate, the player will find themselves in an eerie version of the Glade of Trust. Here, they will need to seek out Mother Gothel and engage in conversation. She will lead the player to the biome's pillar and proceed to criticize Merlin's judgment and knowledge. Mother Gothel will then request that the player remove the orb from the Pillar of Trust. Once this task is complete, the player must return to Mother Gothel, who will dispose of the orb.

Retrieve the Jewel-Encrusted Mirror by Fishing

In the game, Mother Gothel entrusts the player with a new mission. They are required to retrieve her Jewel-Encrusted Mirror, which has fallen into a nearby lake. To accomplish this task, the player needs to fish in each of the orange pools, collect an Old Fuse, followed by an Old Ball, and finally, the Jewel-Encrusted Mirror, which has been severely damaged. Upon returning the mirror, both the Old Fuse and Old Ball will be removed from the player's inventory.

Return to Mother Gothel

Upon delivering the mirror to Mother Gothel, she reveals more details about her sinister scheme. Mother Gothel plans to trap the player in her vast tree, just like she did with Rapunzel. However, the player is luckily transported back to the Dreamscape instead.

Collecting the Memory of Trust from the pillar will unlock another fragment of the memory, shedding light on the situation. To uncover more information, it's important to speak with the Fairy Godmother and reveal the unsurprising betrayal of the Forgotten by Gothel.

Forgotten Memories: Nurturing

Locate Scar

To recover the elusive final memory, the Fairy Godmother leads the way through the ominous new gate. The player's first task is to locate Scar, The Lion King's nemesis, who believes he is being held captive by the Orb within a pillar. Scar implores the assistance of the Forgotten to destroy the Orb, and instructs the player to crush the nearby flowers to weaken the pillar's energy. After crushing all eight flowers, return to Scar to continue the quest.

Plant the Night Thorn Seeds

Planting the Night Thorn Seeds is the next task entrusted to the player by Scar. The player is given 15 seeds and is instructed to plant five of them in each of the three designated locations. The seeds sprout immediately after being planted and watered. Once all 15 thorns have been planted, the orb will descend from the pillar. The player must then retrieve the orb and deliver it to Scar outside his cave, after which he will seal himself within. The player's next step is to find Merlin, who has appeared in the forgotten Sunlit Plateau.

Speak with Merlin

Merlin assures the player that the valley inhabitants have nothing but love and concern for them, even if they may have had doubts before. Afterwards, the player is transported back to the Dreamscape, where they can finally gather the last memory. This memory shows the Forgotten invading the Dream Castle, completing the missing fragment.

Collect the Memory of Remembrance

Upon collecting all six memories, the Dreamscape's central pillar becomes fully charged, leading to the creation of the Memory of Remembrance. To retrieve this crucial memory, players must navigate to the center of the Dreamscape. However, their progress is halted by the sudden appearance of the Forgotten emerging from a portal. The Forgotten snatches the orb containing the memory and vanishes back into the portal, leaving the player to devise a new strategy.

Afterwards, dark portals begin to appear both in the skies and on the homes of Dreamlight Valley. To address this, it's recommended to seek out the Fairy Godmother who can be found near the pillar located in the Forgotten Lands. The Fairy Godmother reveals the malicious plans of the Forgotten and suggests seeking Merlin's guidance for the next steps to take. Completing this quest, "Miracles Take Time," opens up further opportunities for progression by increasing your Friendship level.
