Xbox Game Pass Games Leaving July 31
: Last Day to Play Exciting Games on Xbox Game PassJuly 31 marks the end of the journey for Dreamscaper, Expeditions: Rome, Marvel's Avengers, The Ascent, and Two Point Campus on Xbox Game Pass. These five captivating games have been enjoyed by subscribers across the cloud, Xbox consoles, and PC, making their removal a significant event. While four of the games can be accessed through multiple platforms, Expeditions: Rome is an exclusive PC Game Pass experience that has garnered high praise. Its departure from the lineup may leave a sense of melancholy for those dedicated subscribers who have embraced its world.
Dreamscaper (Cloud/Consoles/PC)
Expeditions: Rome (PC)
Marvel's Avengers (Cloud/Consoles/PC)
The Ascent (Cloud/Consoles/PC)
Two Point Campus (Cloud/Consoles/PC)
Xbox Game Pass subscribers may feel disappointed by the removal of Dreamscaper, an action roguelike game that received mostly positive reviews. Despite being underrated, subscribers should take the opportunity to play it while it is still available through their subscription. For those who enjoy Dreamscaper and wish to continue playing it after its removal, the game will be available for purchase at a 20% discount until it is no longer part of the Game Pass lineup.
On the other hand, Xbox Game Pass subscribers who enjoy co-op games may be disappointed by the removal of Marvel's Avengers and The Ascent. Although Marvel's Avengers did not succeed as a live service game, it still has strong elements that make it worthwhile for dedicated Marvel fans, especially when played with friends. The Ascent, an isometric cyberpunk action-RPG, was initially available on Game Pass from day one. Despite receiving mixed reviews, its removal from the Game Pass lineup is still disheartening.
Two Point Campus was included in the Game Pass lineup from day one, garnering a more favorable response compared to The Ascent. Nevertheless, Xbox Game Pass subscribers are encouraged to give these games a try, even if only briefly, to determine if there are any worth adding to their digital collections.
