The series offers an answer to a very simple question: What if being a magical girl was a job?
After graduating from college, Kana Sakuragi struggles to secure a job. However, she soon lands a collaboration with the magical girl, Hitomi Koshigaya, and helps her defeat an enemy in a challenging battle. Kana's exceptional memory proves to be valuable to Hitomi, and they form a strong team. The series delves into a world filled with satire of the magical girl genre, particularly referencing popular manga like Sailor Moon. Additionally, it explores the friendship between Kana and Hitomi, with Kana's shyness and insecurity contrasting with Hitomi's confidence.
