During Macaulay Culkin's Hollywood Walk of Fame induction ceremony, he was joined by his fiancée Brenda Song and their two sons, making the event even more special. Culkin, who is 43 years old, expressed his gratitude for his family during his speech at the ceremony where he was honored with a star on the renowned Los Angeles street on Friday, December 1st.
"Finally, I want to express my deep gratitude to Brenda. You mean the world to me. You are my biggest supporter," he informed the audience, paying tribute to the 35-year-old actress. "There is no one who is happier for me today than you. You are not just the most amazing woman I have ever met, but the best person I have ever known."
Culkin became emotional as he thanked Song. "You have given my life purpose, and you have given me a family," he continued. "And now, after the arrival of our two sons, you are one of my top three favorite people. You hold a special place in my heart. I love you more than words can express."
Culkin and Song first met in 2017, and they welcomed their first child, son Dakota, in April 2021. Dakota was named after Culkin's late sister. Less than a year later, it was confirmed that Culkin and Song had become engaged. In March, it was revealed that the couple had secretly welcomed their second son, Carson, the previous winter. Both Dakota and Carson were present at the Friday ceremony.

Song and Dakota, 2, were photographed with Culkin for the official pictures. The couple wore matching black outfits while their toddler looked adorable in a blue suit and a mohawk. Carson, 11 months old, did not participate in the family portrait but was observed sitting on his mother's lap during the speeches. Carson, dressed in a cute sleeveless blazer, was seen sucking on a purple pacifier while Culkin lovingly kissed his forehead.
The Song-Culkin family was seated in the front row alongside well-known friends such as Catherine O’Hara, who portrayed Culkin’s movie mom in the Home Alone franchise, and Natasha Lyonne. Culkin’s goddaughter, Paris Jackson, also attended the event.
Even Catherine O’Hara, 69, delivered a heartfelt speech in honor of Culkin.
"Home Alone will forever remain a cherished global phenomenon. The credit goes to Macaulay Culkin," she raved. "Sure, the film had a fantastic script and a talented director, but it was Macaulay's flawless portrayal of Kevin McAllister that brought to life the story of an ordinary boy on an incredible adventure. I know you put in a lot of effort, but you made acting appear effortless."

O’Hara added: “Thank you for including me, your fake mom who left you home alone not once, but twice, to share in this happy occasion. I’m so proud of you.”
Culkin referenced Home Alone in his own speech, quoting one of his most famous lines. “Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals,” Culkin concluded to widespread cheers and laughter.
