At the 2024 Gold Gala in Los Angeles, Liu mentioned that due to his young age, Rockwell doesn't fully understand what she does. He mainly knows about her voiceover work, which he finds really cool. However, Liu feels that some of her other projects may not be age-appropriate for him yet. Rockwell has not seen any of her live-action performances so far.

Liu starred in the early 2000s Charlie’s Angels films alongside Drew Barrymore and Cameron Diaz as the titular spies. She shared in an interview with Us that someone once mentioned how they didn't want to watch a certain scene because they thought the character wouldn't survive, highlighting the power of imagination in experiencing emotions.
