LeBron James' youngest son, Bryce, expressed his love for his brother, LeBron "Bronny" James Jr., following the college athlete's cardiac arrest on Monday, July 24.
In a touching gesture, 16-year-old Bryce posted a sweet photo on his Instagram Story on Tuesday, July 25, as a tribute to his sibling's recent hospitalization. The picture shows Bryce and 18-year-old Bronny walking together, facing away from the camera. Bryce included a red heart emoji in the caption.
Bronny received a subtle display of support from the teenager the day after James’ oldest child was hospitalized on Monday. The incident occurred following a basketball training session at the University of Southern California, where Bronny is set to start his freshman year and is already a member of the basketball team.
According to a spokesperson for the James family, medical staff attended to Bronny and transported him to the hospital. As of Tuesday, he is in stable condition and has been moved out of the intensive care unit. The James family requests privacy and respect during this time, and further updates will be provided to the media as available.

The couple expressed their utmost gratitude and admiration for the exemplary efforts and commitment displayed by the USC medical and athletic personnel in safeguarding the well-being of their athletes.
LeBron, who is 38 years old, is the father of sons Bronny and Bryce, as well as daughter Zhuri, who is 8 years old. He is married to Savannah James, whom he has been with for over 10 years since their high school days. The couple tied the knot in September 2013.
Although LeBron has gained fame for his noteworthy career as an NBA player over the years, he couldn't hide his joy when Bronny revealed in May that he had committed to playing basketball at USC.
Bronny proudly captioned Instagram photos of himself in the USC basketball locker room with the hashtag "Fight On#committed." The team later confirmed that Bronny had officially joined the campus and had begun training with the Trojans. Additionally, USC announced that for the 2024 season, Bronny will be donning the No. 6 on his jersey, which holds significance as LeBron has previously sported both No. 23 and No. 6 in his own basketball career.
LeBron had previously disclosed his intention to remain in the NBA until his eldest son, Bronny, entered the league. He expressed that he would be unable to retire until he had the opportunity to play alongside his firstborn on the basketball court. In a February 2022 interview with The Athletic, LeBron stated, "I will dedicate my final season to playing alongside my son. I will follow wherever Bronny is playing, and I am willing to make any sacrifices necessary for the chance to share the court with him for one season. Monetary considerations will not be a priority at that point."
After the Lakers suffered a sweep by the Denver Nuggets in the 2023 playoffs, LeBron admitted to feeling uncertain about his future in the sport. "Next year hasn't even crossed my mind," he expressed during a press conference in May following the Lakers' defeat in the 2023 West Conference Finals. "Although we had a commendable run, we ultimately failed to achieve our objective of winning championships. This outcome is disheartening as it goes against the very essence of this franchise."
LeBron acknowledged to reporters that he is uncertain about the future and has a lot to contemplate regarding his basketball career.
