A lawyer representing Sean “Diddy” Combs and his youngest son, Christian “King” Combs, has criticized the attorney representing the woman who has accused King of assault.

Aaron Dyer advised the public to approach the possible lawsuit with caution, placing blame on the accuser’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn.

"We have not seen this woman’s claim, but I’m confident we will encounter similar fabricated lies, just like in Rodney Jones' lawsuit that has not been served yet," Dyer stated to Us.

Grace O’Marcaigh alleges that King, 25, sexually assaulted her while she was working on a yacht chartered by his father in 2022. King's father is also named in the lawsuit, facing charges of premises liability and aiding and abetting King in the alleged assault.

Judge Denise Cote recently criticized [Blackburn] for his behavior in federal court. According to Dyer, the judge accused Blackburn of filing cases to gain media attention, shame defendants with scandalous claims, and push them to settle quickly.

Dyer's comments were made in response to a court filing by Judge Cote. This filing suggests that Blackburn has a reputation for filing lawsuits with the intention of grabbing media attention and pressuring well-known defendants to settle swiftly.

In the past, Blackburn has faced similar accusations from lawyers representing Nicki Minaj, T.I., and Tameka “Tiny” Harris. They accused him of participating in a “sordid shakedown campaign” to extract settlements from the artists.

Dyer’s statement points out that just two days after being referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York, Blackburn filed a new suit in California. According to Dyer, this is just another move from Blackburn's playbook. The statement highlights that they found out about the lawsuit through the media, just like everyone else.

King finally spoke out about the situation on March 29, after being held and then let go by the authorities. He took to Snapchat to share a message that said, "Enough with the lies," using the slang term "cap" for lying.

This legal action arises while Diddy is dealing with allegations of sexual assault and is under investigation for potential criminal activities related to sexual assault, trafficking, and other offenses.

Diddy has denied the allegations against him, despite the Department of Homeland Security raiding his mansions in Los Angeles and Miami in late March. According to the New York Post, DHS was looking for cell phones and computers from the music mogul as part of their investigation. As of now, Diddy has not faced any charges or been arrested in relation to the federal probe.

Editor's P/S:

The allegations against King Combs and Sean "Diddy" Combs are deeply concerning and raise serious questions about their conduct. The accuser's attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, has been criticized for his alleged tactics of filing lawsuits to gain media attention and pressure defendants into quick settlements. The fact that Blackburn has faced similar accusations from other high-profile individuals suggests a pattern of behavior that warrants further scrutiny.

It is important to note that King Combs and Diddy have denied the allegations and have yet to be charged with any crimes. However, the ongoing investigation by the Department of Homeland Security into sexual assault and trafficking allegations against Diddy adds another layer of complexity to the situation. The public should approach these allegations with caution and allow the legal process to unfold before forming judgments. It is crucial that both accusers and defendants receive a fair hearing and that justice prevails.
