As a Gen Z fan, I am excited about the upcoming release of Lawmen: Bass Reeves. I am a big fan of Westerns, and I think it's great that this series will tell the story of a Black lawman who was a true pioneer. I'm also excited to see David Oyelowo in the lead role. He's a great actor, and I think he'll bring a lot of depth and nuance to the character.
I think it's important to tell stories about Black heroes, and I'm glad that Paramount+ is making this series. I hope it will help to raise awareness of Bass Reeves' incredible story and inspire young people to follow their dreams.
